Private home Hinterkaiser

PROJECT

With charm and soul

This traditional house was a real stroke of luck for Philipp Hoflehner, who found the ideal place for his very private needs for his wife and two small children. The inside of the house was adapted to create more space and openness and reinterpreted with a very personal touch. The result is a timeless design in terms of the combination of light plaster, oak and natural stone as well as pointedly used design classics, private art (Andi Fischer), photographs (Josef Hoflehner) and accessories. It is a place where children can live and discover nature every day. These factors were given special consideration during the design. Robust materials, natural colors and high-performance fabrics such as those from Perennials should leave the interior durable and permanently beautiful.

STORY

Loving custom work

The idea was to create a living space for the whole family that, on the one hand, creates enough space for being together in the open living/dining area with a bay window and long hand-made wooden panel, and on the other hand offers private rooms for each family member, which also allows them to work at the same time Home like the children can run around undisturbed. The direct access to the adjacent garden with a clear view of the meadows to the nearby edge of the forest also offers many opportunities for cozy hours on the terrace or just exercise in the countryside. When you enter the house, this special family character is immediately noticeable and every guest is immediately drawn to the harmony of the rooms and spaces, which are so lovingly designed and well thought out that you would like to move in straight away.
