A mild summer evening with dear, highly appreciated guests: The Bernd Gruber workshop opening began relaxed with a champagne cocktail on the new terrace. Then there was the surprise: dinner was served at the production facility. An exciting contrast that provided intensive sensory experiences.
On this evening, 40 invited guests sat at an 18-metre-long table between machines, on which normally unique objects and furnishings are created. In front of it was a wall of flowers, decorated with blue hydrangeas, bathed in soft, subdued light. On this evening, the Bernd Gruber Quality Workshop became a place of sensuality and pleasure. The guests experienced a fascinating interplay of light and dark, of colours and impressions. Piero Salvatori from Milan's Scala accompanied the event with piano and cello sounds, Christian Winkler took care of the physical well-being with delicious food. The chef of the Black Eagle in Kitzbühel prepared the five-course menu à la minute.
"The opening is a special evening for us," says Philipp Hoflehner. "We wanted it to take place directly in the new production facility, where all craftsmanship begins.
